Welcome to Zero to One. By accessing our website, making a payment, downloading any material, or enrolling in the program, you agree to the Terms & Conditions set out below.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before making any payment.

1. ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Zero to One is a training and coaching program focused on teaching client acquisition and sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, cold calling, pitching, objection handling, follow-up, closing, client handling, and related business skills.

The program is educational and skill-based. Your individual results will depend on your effort, consistency, application of the training, market conditions, and other factors.

2. ₹99 ENTRY FEE

The ₹99 payment is a non-refundable entry fee.

By completing the ₹99 payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The ₹99 payment is made voluntarily.
• The ₹99 payment is non-refundable once successfully paid.
• You cannot request a refund simply because you change your mind, do not use the materials, or decide not to continue with the program.
• Payment of ₹99 does not guarantee that you will earn money, acquire a client, or achieve any particular result.
• The ₹99 entry payment provides access to the materials or benefits specifically stated on the offer page.

3. ADJUSTMENT OF ₹99 TOWARD THE FULL PROGRAM

If you decide to continue with the full Zero to One 3-Month Program, the ₹99 entry payment may be adjusted against the full program fee of ₹4,999, subject to the offer terms displayed to you at the time of purchase.

Where applicable:

Full Program Fee: ₹4,999

₹99 Already Paid: ₹99

Remaining Amount: ₹4,900

The ₹99 is not separately refundable.

4. NO GUARANTEED RESULTS

Zero to One provides training, guidance, frameworks, exercises, resources, and coaching.

However, we do not guarantee:

• A specific income
• A specific number of clients
• A specific number of sales
• A specific number of leads
• Employment or freelance work
• Business revenue
• Recovery of the program fee
• Any particular financial outcome within a particular period

Examples, testimonials, case studies, or income illustrations shown on the website are provided for context and should not be understood as a promise or guarantee of your individual results.

5. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

Your results depend significantly on how you use the training.

You are responsible for:

• Attending or accessing the sessions provided to you
• Completing exercises and assignments where applicable
• Practising the skills taught
• Conducting your own outreach and sales activities
• Following up with prospects
• Communicating professionally with potential clients
• Making your own business and financial decisions

Zero to One does not guarantee that every prospect you contact will respond, become a client, or make a payment.

6. PROGRAM ACCESS

Program access is provided according to the package purchased.

Access may include, depending on your enrollment:

• Training sessions
• Coaching
• Recordings
• Learning materials
• Templates
• Worksheets
• Community access
• Other resources specifically included in your purchased package

The program structure, session timings, resources, trainers, or delivery methods may be updated when reasonably necessary to improve the learning experience.

7. COACHING & SESSIONS

Coaching and live sessions are provided according to the schedule communicated by the Zero to One team.

If you miss a live session, access to a recording or alternative session is provided only where included in your purchased package.

Individual coaching does not mean that Zero to One will personally execute your lead generation, sales calls, outreach, client work, or business operations for you.

8. PAYMENTS

All payments must be made through the payment methods provided by Zero to One.

You agree not to:

• Reverse a legitimate payment without first contacting us
• Initiate a fraudulent chargeback
• Share payment links with unauthorized individuals
• Attempt to obtain program access without completing the applicable payment

Any payment dispute should first be raised with the Zero to One team so that it can be reviewed.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content provided through Zero to One is intended for the personal use of the enrolled participant.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Videos
• Recordings
• PDFs
• Templates
• Worksheets
• Scripts
• Frameworks
• Training materials
• Presentations
• Course content
• Community content

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, publish, upload, share, or commercially exploit this material without written permission.

You may use the knowledge and skills you learn to build your own business and acquire clients.

10. SHARING YOUR ACCOUNT OR MATERIALS

Your program access is personal to you.

You may not:

• Share your login credentials
• Give your program access to another person
• Share private community links
• Distribute paid course materials
• Upload recordings or course content publicly
• Sell or redistribute any Zero to One material

Violation of this section may result in termination of access without refund, subject to applicable law.

11. COMMUNITY CONDUCT

If the program includes a community, group, or communication channel, participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully.

The following may result in removal from the community or program:

• Harassment
• Abusive behaviour
• Threats
• Fraudulent activity
• Spam
• Discrimination
• Sharing another participant's private information
• Unauthorized promotion
• Distributing program content
• Any behaviour that materially disrupts the learning environment

12. TESTIMONIALS & PARTICIPANT RESULTS

Results shared on the website, social media, or other Zero to One materials represent individual participant experiences.

Individual results vary.

A testimonial or case study should not be interpreted as a representation that every participant will achieve the same result.

13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The program may use third-party platforms or services for payments, communication, video hosting, forms, communities, or other functions.

Zero to One is not responsible for interruptions, outages, policy changes, or technical issues caused by third-party platforms outside our reasonable control.

14. CHANGES TO THE PROGRAM

Zero to One may reasonably modify the program structure, curriculum, delivery method, schedule, trainers, resources, or platform when necessary.

Any material changes will be communicated to participants where appropriate.

15. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a participant's access where there is:

• Payment fraud
• Unauthorized sharing of content
• Intellectual property infringement
• Serious misconduct
• Harassment or abuse
• Material violation of these Terms & Conditions

Termination due to a participant's violation of these terms does not create an automatic right to a refund.

16. NO PROFESSIONAL OR FINANCIAL ADVICE

The information provided through Zero to One is for educational purposes.

The program does not constitute legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting, or other professional advice.

You are responsible for evaluating your own circumstances and making your own decisions.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zero to One will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your participation in the program or your use of the information provided.

This includes losses arising from business decisions, unsuccessful sales attempts, loss of income, loss of clients, or failure to achieve expected results.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

18. PRIVACY

Any personal information submitted through the website, payment process, forms, or program may be used to process your enrollment, provide program access, communicate with you, deliver services, and administer the program, subject to our applicable privacy practices.

19. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By clicking a payment button, completing the ₹99 payment, enrolling in Zero to One, accessing program materials, or participating in the program, you confirm that:

You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
